藍帶豬排
厚里肌夾上火腿和mozzarella cheese
多汁的豬肉配上濃濃的奶香~外酥裡嫩~
搭配我心愛的蜂蜜芥茉醬~真是人生一大幸福
((寫到這裡已經是我的極限...本想來個裝X版本, 實在有難度XD))
藍帶豬排為啥會叫藍帶呢?
並不是它有藍色的帶子綁在身上, 也不是拿藍帶啤酒來製作
其實就是它是法國藍帶廚藝學校某個廚師發明的一道料理
因此掛上了這個大名~~
而因為藍帶廚藝學校的頂級地位, 這道菜在法國非常有名
大概就如同中國廚藝學校出來的黯然消魂飯一樣, 有了大師加持就是不一般XD
不過呢, 我個人沒有很愛這道菜, 但是胖子邊吃邊吼, 吃完還跳舞, 想必它還是有它的迷人之處低~
