營養早餐 Part 2
前幾週見了一個神奇中醫, 告訴胖子, 要減肥就一定要吃早餐, 而且早餐吃高熱量的也沒關係
於是胖子每晚睡覺前就開始期待明天的早餐~~~
這是今天早餐的菜色:
黑椒鐵板麵+炸雞柳佐蜂蜜芥末醬+香料煎馬鈴薯+無敵幸福荷包蛋+新鮮黃瓜+低脂酸奶
通常我們一天只吃這麼一頓, 晚上就吃點蔬菜水果~ 沒辦法, 兩個人都要減肥...我也有今天啊
不過今晚被呼喚出去吃了牛排, 到現在都有點積食...好想買速效減肥藥啊>"<
